returns are accepted unless products was damaged or used . customer is responsible for back shipping. refound will be generated 14 days after recieving back the product (no used and no damaged ) .

For initial preparation , youll need : a white paper and your favorit perfume. 1. open the pendant

2. place one of the insert on tghe white paper

3. apply 3-4 sprays of the perfume on the insert

4. place the insert inside the pendant

5. close the pendant

6. wear the necklace
