Cancellation Policy

1. There is no refund on the advance payment, however the advance payment will be kept in the system indefinitely and the customer will be given the option to redeem the advance payment at any stage, according to the working hours and prices prevailing at the time of redemption 2. Cancellation of arrival up to 12 hours from the booked appointment will require scheduling a new appointment and paying an additional advance payment 3. Management may change the procedure
